Distance Reiki healing is planned for a time when you are in a safe, relaxed space, and in a comfortable position (sitting or lying down)

Create a safe, private space where you can openly receive Reiki. You may bring crystals, light incense or candles, play music while you receive healing energy.
After each Reiki treatment and the days following, it is essential to drink plenty of water and to have a good night's sleep. The abundance of water will assist in flushing out unnecessary toxins stored in the body.
Remote Distance healing utilizes sacred Reiki symbols to connect with your energy field allowing you to receive the calming benefits of Reiki even if you are unable to be present physically.
